Return Process

  Carefully pack your jewelry in its original GOLDEN GILT pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
